Diep.io is an addictive IO tank game where you shoot geometric shapes and enemy tanks to level up, then allocate skill points across 8 stats and unlock increasingly powerful tank classes.
Diep.io introduced progression depth to the IO genre that competitors still struggle to match. You start as a basic tank, shooting bullets at geometric shapes โ squares, triangles, and pentagons โ each worth different experience points. As you level up, you allocate stat points into health, movement speed, bullet damage, reload speed, and more, creating a personalized playstyle. At certain levels, you choose from branching class upgrades โ Sniper, Machine Gun, Flank Guard โ leading to a massive tier-3 tier-4 class tree with 36 total variants. Different game modes add variety: Free For All, Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Maze. The progression system combined with real-time competitive combat creates an experience that's easy to start but endlessly deep.
