DMCA Policy

1. Overview

MegaApps (https://megaapps.online) is committed to respecting intellectual property rights and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent copyright laws in other jurisdictions.

MegaApps is a games aggregator platform that embeds games via iframes from third-party developers. We do not host game files on our servers. If you believe a game or any content on MegaApps infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, provide the following information in writing to our Designated DMCA Agent:

1. Your identity: Full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
2. Description of the copyrighted work: Describe the original work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works, provide a representative list
3. Location of infringing content: Provide the specific URL(s) on MegaApps where the allegedly infringing content is located
4. Good faith statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Accuracy statement: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
6. Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistaken or misidentified DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material removed and the location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

MegaApps maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. We will terminate access or remove content from any user or source that repeatedly infringes copyright in appropriate circumstances.

6. About Embedded Games

Games on MegaApps are embedded via iframes from their original developers' servers. MegaApps does not host or distribute game files. We link to games as they are publicly available on the web. If you are a game developer and wish to have your game removed from our platform, contact us at megaapps186@gmail.com and we will remove it within 48 hours.
