Win every Among Us game as Impostor and Crewmate. Psychology tips, kill strategies, and voting tactics.
Never kill in or near high-traffic areas. The best kill spots are electrical (usually low traffic), storage, and hallways between major rooms. Always check the kill cooldown before separating a target — attempting a kill with 5 seconds remaining on cooldown leaves you vulnerable.
Stand near task panels for the appropriate amount of time. Short tasks require 2-3 seconds. Long tasks have animations — watch crewmates complete them to learn how long to stand idle. Never 'complete' tasks faster than their actual completion time allows.
Only real task completions show task bar progress. If you see someone 'doing' a task but the task bar doesn't move, they are an Impostor. Additionally, watch for visual task animations — weapons, engines, and asteroids — that only appear for crewmates actually completing them.
Random or panic votes eliminate innocent crewmates and give Impostors a numbers advantage. Only vote when you have visual evidence (saw a kill), witnessed a vent use, or have strong logical evidence from timing and movement. Pass the vote if evidence is insufficient.
During emergency meetings, mentally note where everyone said they were. Cross-reference these claims with your own observations. Impostors often provide vague location claims or claim to be in rooms with no witnesses. Asking 'who can confirm X's location?' reveals inconsistencies.
